Key Responsibilities:
- Strong ability to manage and handle hectic calendar, organizing meetings across product groups, regions internally and with external clients.
- Operate with a sense of urgency & accountability with strong attention to details as you will be responsible for preparing and submitting expenses reports/AMEX reports for all employees in Abu Dhabi through concur
- Maintaining familiarity with policies as you will be responsible for 3rd party invoice payments.
- Maintaining close partnership with Dubai support functions team for Abu Dhabi rep office related matters.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment and to effectively handle multiple priorities with a calm, professional and willing attitude.
- Proactively maintains bankers schedule by planning and scheduling appointments, periodic management meetings, teleconferences.
- Strong inter-personal and partnership skills i.e. develop relationships with clients, bankers, product partner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Telephone coverage and excellent telephone etiquette.
- Proven tact and good judgment in confidential situations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to ensure that the needs of the business are always met.
- Help in preparation of client meetings follow-up documents such as letter writing, call reports, presentations
- Understanding and demonstrating good problem-solving skills.
- Organising extensive domestic and international travel.
- Assist with special events planning and related logistics activities as needed.
- Keep contacts and client lists current.
- Maintaining familiarity with all policy and technology updates.
- Responsible to undertake adhoc tasks related to the smooth running of the office.

- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Spreadsheet Tools and Data Management Tools.
- Understanding of global organizational structure.
- Knowledge of Compliance protocols.
