Relations Officer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in media or public relations.
• Excellent writing, oral presentation and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and writing software (MS Office).
• English as a second language.

Job Description:

• Create innovative and engaging public relations.
• Collaborate with other teams such as marketing and designers to create promotional content.
• Focus on marketing the company through partnerships and advertising.
• Generate new customer leads through various channels.
• Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business.
• Collect mandatory information to analyze client situations.
• Develop and oversee relationships with clients performing alongside Relationship Manager to ensure top level service provided to clients.
• Able to listen to and comprehend people’s problems with the intent to solve them
