– Planning and executing preventive maintenance for all machines, equipment, buildings and facilities and performing corrective maintenance when needed to ensure the highest suitable process conditions and continuity.
– Calibration of measuring and testing tools and equipment to ensure effective control of their suitability.
– Maintain and apply health and safety policies, regulations, and requirements to provide safe and healthy workplaces, prevent work-related injuries and ill health, and continually improve its OH&S performance.
Duties and Responsibility :
1. Responsible for keeping the equipment of the unit on standby.
2. Prepare an annual preventive plan and obtain the direct supervisor’s approval.
3. Responsible for the smooth and effective implementation of the preventive maintenance program in coordination with all other concerned authorities.
4. Responsible for the immediate intervention and repair in case of failure of any equipment andor building and facilities to ensure process continuity under best production conditions
5. Creating, executing, and documenting a daily maintenance and work schedule.
6. Updating the Equipment maintenance log after each repair or preventive maintenance as per required procedures and work instructions.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
knowledge in Production lines and plant-related mechanical engineering.
Excellent ability to use computers, MS Office, and the company’s ERP system.
Excellent knowledge of English (reading, writing, and speaking) and fluency in Arabic.
Minimum of three years experience in a similar role in the field of industry, and preferably 2 years in a supervisory role.
