Talent Acquisition Consultant
Job Description
Us at Halian are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team in Dubai.
Your main mission will be to build and develop strong candidate relationships and support the sales team with a number of different roles.
Your Responsibilities
- Draft, update, and post job descriptions to appropriate job boards/social medias/etc.
- Source and recruit talents through direct approach, networking, advertising, database, social medias, etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
- within schedule.
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Perform references and background checks.
- Onboard and follow-up new employees to become fully integrated.
- Act as a point of contact and build strong candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Be an Ambassador of Halian Group.
Your Qualifications
- You have a previous experience in recruiting or sales.
- You are fluent in English.
- You are a good communicator and active listener.
- You have good negotiation skills.
- You have good sales skills and a developed team spirit.
- You are flexible and able to set your priorities.
