Senior FM Consultant – Strategic FM
Job Description
The opportunity
We are hiring a senior facilities management consultant to join the FM consultancy team based in KSA. Leading projects a range of technical FM consultancy activities, managing the client's relationship. To support the business development process and provide upline reporting to the Director of Consultancy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting consultancy projects, including primary point of client contact, managing and delivering of project requirements.
- Managing and guidance to project consultants.
- Managing relationships with clients to ensure clients satisfaction and growth within account expansion (GWAE).
- Feeding into the client/prospect database.
- Ensuring financial management of the project – staff allocation, invoicing, budgeting, issues identification, and mitigation, project reporting – external and internal projects presentations.
- Delivering consultancy in accordance with the Mace Operate quality management system.
- Managing and delivering bid development – bid writing, a compilation of fees, bid presentations.
- Managing operational transitions, FM system integrations, FM organizational modelling and FM organizational change management.
- Leading assets management strategies and FM operational strategy development.
- Managing service specification and performance management systems development.
- Managing tender of FM services contract and service auditing and condition surveys.
About you
You will have a degree qualification in FM related discipline (e.g., engineering, surveying) or equivalent vocational experience of working in facilities management consultancy. You will have experience in the field of FM, a strong business development background, and an entrepreneurial mindset. You will have knowledge of MS Excel coding, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, & MS Project.
