Personal Assistant to Director

Job Description

One of our reputed clients has its operations in chemical distribution in the middle east having one of their sister concerns in fashion retail operations looking to hire a personal assistant for one of their directors to be based in Dubai, JLT.
Responsibilities you will be handling :
Should be able to handle the diary for the director so his desk must be well organized.

  • Booking meetings/appointments.
  • Business travel booking flights, hotels, car hire, valet parking etc.
  • Arranging visa invitation letters to overseas visitors.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Office management skills, typing correspondence
  • filing/administration

Requirements

TO be considered for this role :

  1. Arabic Speaker
  2. Min 8+ years of experience in handling desks for director/C-level hierarchy
  3. Should have a valid UAE driving license.
  4. Working 5 days a week
  5. Any Nationality (Female)
  6. Should be multitasking &; flexible to handle general administration responsibilities.
  7. Preferred candidate from Fashion/retail or similar operations.
