LV Extruder Technician
Job Description

Qualifications:
- High School graduate
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Cables industry.
- Experience in operating LV/MV Cables machines.
- English Level: Excellent
- Extrusion lines knowledge, Analyzing Information, Documentation Skills,
- Promoting Process Improvement, Safety Management, Managing Processes,
- Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Supports Innovation.
Task Description:
- Setup and operates an extruder machine in accordance with established procedure and meeting quality requirements.
- Setup and operates extruder machine with different material such as XLPE/PVC.
- Maintain quality of his production by following established procedure for quality control.
- Maintain high output by following established standards for machine operation.
- Document his daily output and product quality results.
- Maintain his machine by reporting any issue that arises to his concerned supervisor/manager.
- Maintain his machine clean and the surrounding area on daily basis.
- Report any process issues to the concerned supervisor/manager and work together to provide solution.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures complying with legal regulations.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities reading technical publications.
- Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
