Established in 2014, Cozmo Yachts is one of the leading luxury yacht charter company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We own a fleet of six premium luxury yachts Carnevali Italian, Sealine British, Azimuth Italian, AS marine, Fair line Squadron and Majesty – Gulf Craft.
Our expertise in the yacht charter business enable us in catering to the needs of frequent international travelers, corporate clients, and leisure-loving groups.
Team Cozmo has captains and crew with certified training by the Marine Authority holding valid operating licenses and have extensive knowledge of the local cruising area.
Responsibilities
1. Manage queries via calls, whatsapp, emails and form submissions
2. Successfully create business from new and existing customers queries
3. Built rapport and establish long term relationship with customers
4. Identify and access customers needs to achieve satisfaction
5. Provide accurate, valid and complete information's to the clients
6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Qualifications
1. Minimum of 1-2 Years experience in handling sales and customer support
2. Excellent communication skill both written and verbal
3. Strong sales skills including business justification, negotiation and closing
4. Excellent organizational skills
5. Strong influencing skills
