Description:
We are seeking a suitable candidate for an Accounts Manager position in a leading Accounting and Tax Consulting Firm in Dubai. We are an Accounting Outsourcing Company providing outsource accounting service with clients all across the globe.
Requirements:-
CA Inter or equivalent is highly desirable. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 – 5 years of proven experience is required. Act as an outsourced accountant for a professional firm for multiple clients. Responsible for bookkeeping, maintaining accounts, general ledgers and other statutory documentation for multiple clients.
Should be well-versed with the general accounting rules and practices and should have excellent knowledge of accounts finalization and preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
Keep all accounts up to date and prepare Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet and other Monthly Financial Reports.
Prepare and comply with all statutory filing and documentation.
Managerial skills and ability to manage a small team of junior accountants.
Audit financial transactions and documents (internal and statutory).
Should have fair knowledge of VAT, Excise and other local laws applicable to mainland companies and free zone companies. Responsible for client's VAT return filing, VAT refund submission, VAT registration, Excise registration etc.
Language fluency in written and spoken English and Hindi.
Familiar with computer applications like, MS Office, Web etc. Excellent knowledge in excel including commonly used tools such as Vlookup, Pivot, If, Subtotal, Sumif, Charts, Graphs, Advance filter etc.
Sound knowledge in accounting software like Tally, Quickbooks, Zoho, Sage etc.
