To professionally manage two Warehouses by supervising/controlling day to day warehouse activities & maintaining an up-to-date Warehouse Inventory System which matches with Physical Stock, ensuring proper warehouse controls are implemented. Need to ensure timely fulfillment of materials/spare-parts needs & having excellent coordination with Purchasing, Production. Maintenance & Accounting Depts in line with company objectives.

Role Description:

Check and manage all Stock & Spare material movements (incoming & issuance) to ensure that they are in good condition and make sure that all documents are accurately tracked/signed for proper documentation.
Prepare daily reports related to inventory movements monitoring any potential deviation to eliminate it permanently.
Maintain a proper co-ordination with production to ensure the materials requirements are met as per company rules.
Ensure that stock inventory is carried out in a timely manner and that it is in line with the stock balance to avoid mix up.
Maintain warehouse housekeeping on a timely manner & daily.
Any other related activity as management deems fit.

المهارات

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in similar role in an industry set-up. Preferably in Paper & Print business. An added advantage will be for one with an experience in an E-Commerce Delivery/Logistics business)
Has maintained a Warehouse Inventory System in an ERP environment, preferably Odoo.
Good analytical, management & organization skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Arabic, English bi-lingual.
