Senior Specialist – Controlling & Budgeting

الوصف الوظيفي

Purpose of the job:

1. Provides information for management decision-making, facilitates coordination, monitoring and optimization of all processes in an organization.

2. Planning and variance analysis in order to properly control and monitor business flows.

3. P&L preparing and monitoring to control efficiency.

Key Objectives:

1. Improving accuracy of all planning processes in sales, expenses and profit.

2. To analyze and provide useful information to the management based on the plan data.

3. To facilitate communication and reporting in all areas of Finance.

Position Responsibilities:

The successful applicant is responsible for:

  • Assist in monthly forecasts, target plans, and yearly Management plan
  • Assist in monthly closing process
  • Review and compare actual monthly price/cost data with the forecast & Target plan inputs
  • Continuously monitor and analyze sales and expenditures on a division and model level
  • Prepare and review monthly financials and investigate variances from forecast
  • Assist with the timely distribution of internal reports (Jordan, Lebanon, and Iraq P&L), HQ reports, Senior Management reports, and P&L details per customer and product line/model.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Controlling and reporting Part leader

4. Strong accounting knowledge.

5. Managing and supervision of people.

6. Ability to deal with multi tasks and load.

7. Advanced skills in Excel & office applications.

8. Power BI / ERP.

– Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Financial Controlling & Budgeting.
  • CFA, CPA, CMA is a plus

– Language Skills:

Fluent Arabic & English language.
