الوصف الوظيفي
- Ensure long term strategy, effective governance & efficient execution of tactical plan to benchmark best industry processes & practices to enable a safe & secure environment for our strategic Business Units (SBUs) & providing technical support & advisory to resources in respective domain of SBUs.
- Conduct core assessment on a full ecosystem of safety & security environment to identify the strategic Gaps.
- Short list all strategic Issues (SWOT Analysis) & linked with short term & Long term objectives & KPIs.
- Develop SOPs, Policies, Procedures & Processes to facilitate the operational activities under safety & Security framework.
