Our client, a leading manufacturer of equipment for the aviation industry requires a result-orientated Sales Manager to be based in Dubai and manage a wide range of products for selected markets in MEA region. Potential candidates will be responsible to manage existing clients, distributors and customers along with developing new markets. Incumbents must fulfil the below requisites to be eligible for the role.
Major Responsibilities:
Carry out the commercial sales process that involves travelling in allocated region/geography.
Maintain and grow customer relations
Both direct personal sales and distributor management.
Preparation of sales budgets for the individual markets and follow up on these.
Preparation of action plans
Distributor selection incl. drawing up and negotiation of distributor contracts.
Going through tender invitations, quotations and contract review incl. follow up
Handle technical clarifications in corporation with you technical colleagues
Prepare and carry out presentations internally and externally
Other duties as directed by supervisor: Regional Sales Director

Personally driven, dedication and a cheerful person

Commercial attitude and negotiation skills
Extrovert and a team player
Trustworthy and outgoing
Full of initiative, result-orientated and with a good overview
Background:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager with expertise in B2B sales of technical products.
Excellent English on negotiation level
Mechanical/EEE/Aeronautical engineering plus bachelor's or master's in business administration or marketing are highly recommended.
Ideally with previous experience:
Aviation business
Middle East or Africa
