Assumes the responsibility and accountability for the patient, group of patients or clinic where it is appropriate. Using the nursing process collaborates with other health care team members to ensure a high standard of nursing care is delivered as required and prescribed.

1. Clinic nurse(s) may be assigned to other clinic as required.

2. Whenever staffing allows, at least two nurses will be assigned to each clinic.

3. One Nurse should always accompany patient and assist the physicians.

4. Nurse(s) assigned to the clinic should check the clinic schedule.

5. The nurse (s) should prepare her clinic room (wipe the desk, equipment, check expiry date of medication, check and discard opened medication bottles when necessary, check stocks, and ensure a generally tidy and clean clinic)

6. The nurse should check all files of patients on the schedules, prepare the procedure to be done and the laboratory results if needed.

7. Whenever there's a patient the station nurse will give the arrival to the assisting nurse and inform the doctor about the patient, and upon entering the room she should tell the station nurse, the appointment time and the file number of the patient to be entered in the system.

8. The assisting nurse should coordinate with other clinic staff on procedures that will be carried out in their clinic like laser, surgery, Botox, filler etc. If there is stat procedure she should coordinate to the station Nurse, so they can enter it in the system.

9. She should organize the flow of procedure, assist the patient first to the cashier for payment before applying topical anesthesia cream for about 30 mins for those Botox, filler injections and other lasers which depends on the doctor order except for laser like Fraxel, FX, Therm age, which is one hour cream.

10. The assisting nurse should carry promptly and accurately all patient care and management inside the clinic and procedures as per physicians order. These include: direct patient care, operation of equipments, preparation and administration of medications, pre-operative instruments, signing consents and other tasks.

11. The assisting nurse should prepare everything if the patients is for injections she should check the available item to be used and will tick in the consumable sheet and make a log sheet for inventory purpose.

12. Upon completion of patient visit, the nurse should prepare the appointment slip, specify the date and type of visit and accompany the patient to the reception.

13. Demonstrate clinical competence by consistently providing and evaluating the effectiveness of care given by self and other health care team members.

14. Established priorities based on patient needs and availability of resources of items personnel, equipment and supplies.

15. Maintains confidentiality of the patient and personnel data.

16. Serves as role model, preceptor and resource person in providing and supervising clinical practice.

17. Demonstrate professional accountability by actively participating in continuing educational programs, staff development activities and maintains CPR certification.

18. Practice teamwork, for continuous improvement.

19. Document all nursing care professionally and accurately.

20. Demonstrate ethical and appropriate behavior for a clinical environment, to include but not limited to patient dignity, rights and privacy.

21. Demonstrate positive effective communication skill, both verbal and written using appropriate reporting structures/ mechanism according to the policy.

22. Supports and promotes excellence in patients/family relations.

23. Report untoward actions/practices that are not acceptable with the operation of the center(Any practice/actions that are against to the policy of the center).

24. Considers the factors relating to safety, effectiveness and cost in planning and delivering patient care.

Established track record of working as a nurse in a recognized hospital.
appropriate medical qualification from a recognized, reputable institution.
