Property Sales and Leasing consulant

As a Sales & Leasing Consultant, you will provide property sales advice to clients by identifying the most feasible, cost effective approach to help the clients achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities – What you will be responsible for:
• Achieve sales targets aligned with company growth plans.
• Assist clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
• Consult with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
• Connect with own network/database to source properties that meet the requirements.
• Schedule viewings and help clients in the consideration and shortlisting to achieve their desired objectives.
• Analyze market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas.
• Identifying clients in need of consultancy services.
• Maintain an extensive database of all properties for sale.
• Develop strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell.
• Conduct negotiations on behalf of clients.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Prepare sale and lease documents.

Skills/Competencies Required – What you will need:
• Proactivity.
• Passion for Real Estate.
• Current knowledge of industry trends in real estate and development.
• A natural desire and passion to understand market conditions.
• Experience in property management / leasing / operations.
• Solid knowledge of RERA / DLD regulations, procedures, approvals.
• Understanding of bank financing options and qualification processes.
• Outstanding sales, negotiation & closing skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills along with a confident persuasive personality.
• Outstanding listening skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Good command of MS Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
