Base Location: Abu Dhabi, travel required to Mumbai and Delhi

Language Knowledge: English and Hindi Mandatory, Arabic good to have

Line of Work: IT Administrator/IT Project Manager

This is a 12 month project based role that will assist two entities in UAE and India with the introduction of new systems and processes as well as management of their respective IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for:

a. Ongoing IT administration

· Domain management and active directory administration.

· Troubleshooting of technical issues raised by the team in a timely manner. Remote support for daily IT issues.

· Monitor renewals for software license and services.

· Asset management of IT equipment and software.

· Perform daily and bi-weekly backups of Server VM and NAS Drive to local and external locations.

b. SAP Business One Migration

· Provide support for SAP B1 implementation regarding technical issues within the software, configuration, and connection

c. Infrastructure Migration

· Transition from outsourced IT infrastructure to in-house IT Infrastructure which has to be set up within 2-4 months’ time

· Installation and configuration of IT equipment to meet company requirements.

d. Administration Support

· Manage the office operation and ensure all PPM contracts are in place and up-to-date and control the maintenance and services schedule ensuring it is all conducted in a timely manner so that the company is running securely and effectively.

· Migration from outsourced to In-house IT services.

· Migration of accounting and CRM systems to SAP business one.

· Installation of windows server and setting up a domain infrastructure.

· Experience in setting up a full working IT infrastructure such as configuring servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and workstations.

· Ability to design and build a network infrastructure with applied policies and security.

· Reformatting and installation of OS on laptop, desktop, and servers.

· Familiarity with Office 365 email management and Office 365 applications.

· Basic understating of IP Telephony configuration (Avaya).

· Knowledge in virtual environment administration for servers (VMware or HyperV).

· Setting up shared folder from a NAS device (Synology).

· Good understanding of basic network concepts like LAN/WAN/DHCP/VPN tunnels.

· Server backup and recovery using VEEAM Backup & Replication Software.

· Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Sage, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

· Microsoft Office apps and Microsoft 365 Management.

· Management of Email Security via Barracuda Email Gateway Defense (former ESG).

· Disaster prevention and recovery.
