- Ensure cleaning activities are carried out as per schedule as request by the guest.
- Maintain and store cleaning materials for guest rooms, and use them according to the manufacturer's specifications.
- Ensuring the standards of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained in all guest rooms to satisfy customers and make their stay hassle-free.
- Ensure the guest rooms are appropriately presented to match cleanliness regulations and adhere to the schedules of the guests.
المهارات
- Proven work experience as a housekeeper.
- Skilled in the variety of tasks handled by a housekeeper and proven professional work experience to carry out day-to-day duties efficiently.
- An experienced individual with excellent customer service skills to understand their requirements and respond appropriately.
- An individual who is calm and composed even during a high-pressure situation and able to take the necessary actions.
