- Greeting guests
- Providing guests with menus and assisting guests for any queries
- Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.
- Engaging with guests and try to ensure a 100% customer satisfaction
- Responding to complaints and try to resolve the problem
- Answering phone calls, taking orders, and answering questions.
- Menu knowledge
- Helping out the restaurant operations
PRIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS NOT A REQUIREMENT BUT AN EXTRA
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Internship
Salary: AED2,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
