• End-to-end ownership of the entire value chain from ideation to release and lifecycle management.
• Manage expectations with business sponsors and company executives.
• Identify KPIs and use them as a cornerstone for team focus and priorities. Define MVPs, manage product backlog priorities, and strategically de-scope to achieve rapid feedback cycles.
• Work closely with designers and engineers to define and drive product vision and distill a product roadmap along with story maps.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of customers and users and gather key insights that will shape the digital experience.
• Manage cross-functional relationships with emphasis on decision-making over consensus.
• Identify future potential of your products and get your teams, customers and business network excited about it.
• Lead design and development teams to deliver high profile digital solutions and products.
• Create A/B testing backlogs for rapid iteration on potential product improvements.
