Our client, a Multinational FMCG business is hiring a Commercial Finance Manager to be based out of their offices in Dubai
Description
Lead decision making and financial planningPartner with the commercial and sales team to provide relevant insights Responsible for monitoring market sales performance and managing sales budgetsLiaise with business managers to align on operational strategy and manage sales OPEX expensesManage the marketing trade spend governanceMaintain overall financial control and compliance Lead and coach a lean team of 1-2 individuals Ensure smooth communication internally and externallyCompliance with group and local accounting standards
Profile
Minimum 10 years of experience, of which at least 6 MUST be in a sales finance/commercial finance role Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related; Professional Accounting Qualification is a huge advantage (CIMA, ACA, etc.)Experience in the FMCG sector is a MUST
