PIZZA MAKER
SHAWARMA MAKER
KITCHEN HELPER
PIZZA MAKER :
1. Pizza Maker (managed by Live Cooking Supervisor)
2. The Pizza Maker is responsible for preparing pizza dough, cutting, grating, or slicing various ingredients to be used as toppings, and moving pizza debris from the pizza ovens.
3. Be able to always maintain a clean workstation.
4. Ensure that kitchen safety protocol is property followed.
5. Have the ability to train and mentor kitchen staff
SHAWARMA MAKER :
1. Responsible for preparing the shawarma skewer, shawarma marinade, prepare sandwiches
and serve customers
2. Be able to maintain a clean workstation at all times
3. Ensure that kitchen safety protocol is properly followed.
KITCHEN HELPER:
1. Production Staff (Suos Chef, Commie Chef and Demi Chef) (managed by Live Cooking Supervisor) –
2. The Production Staff is responsible for supporting in the manufacturing and packing of all the products.
3. Work in a fast-moving production line through a variety of stages which includes cutting, peeling, cleaning, sanitizing and packing of all the products.
4. pack goods ready for the delivery in crates or containers
5. Cleaning and maintaining working areas and machineries
Salary:
PIZZA MAKER : AED 1500 per month + ACCOMMODATION + TRANSPORTATION
SHAWARMA MAKER : AED 1500 per month + ACCOMMODATION + TRANSPORTATION
KITCHEN HELPER : AED 1,200 per month + ACCOMMODATION + TRANSPORTATION
