الوصف الوظيفي
- Retain and grow your customer portfolio through providing personalized support and access to information our customers need
- Provide exceptional customer experience and act as point of contact to our high net worth customers resolving any issues and offering support across their experience with us
- Ensure to hit personal KPIs (net deposits/ active traded clients/ call time, etc.);
- Improving customer service quality/experience, productivity and profitability;
- Answering e-mails, assisting with client deposits, trading, withdrawals, and client training;
- Cooperation with relevant departments to resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner;
- Providing accurate information to clients regarding the company’s products and services;
- Preparing and presenting financial market updates on a regular basis;
- Updating daily, weekly and monthly reports in relation to customer portfolio;
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of the company’s offers;
- Updating internal systems with accurate information;
- Providing feedback to relevant departments on customers needs; expectations and frustrations
- Meeting company core values on a daily basis inside and outside the office;
- Adhering to all compliance and security requirements
المهارات
- Fluent in English and native Mandarin speaker;
- At least 2 years of work experience in a sales environment, preferably in the financial sector; with a strong passion for the financial markets
- University degree or equivalent (Business, Finance, Economics or relevant field);
- Good knowledge of MS Project, and Excel is essential;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively network with stakeholders, handle multiple tasks, and track and report on progress;
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
- Self-motivated with a willingness to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment and being able to multi-task;
- Be proactive, show initiative and desire to drive continuous improvement;
- Excellent numerical/mathematical abilities;
- Excellent oral and presentational skills;
- Ability to work, interact and communicate with other team members and other departments;
- Knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis;
- Ability to reach monthly targets;
- Experience in working with CRM is considered to be an advantage;
- Team player with a high level of positive energy.
