A leading group retail company with online presence seeks to hire an Online Marketing Manager for Muscat location. Successful incumbents must fulfil the below key result areas to be eligible for the role.
Major Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing Design and Developments of Website
  • Monitor web analytics and internal data sources
  • Design and Execute Roadmaps
  • Incorporate Best Practices
  • Budget Effectively
  • Supervise all activities and product development
  • Work closely with web development and technical teams
  • Prepare reports and analyze conversion numbers
  • Developing SEO/PPC Strategy/Marketing Plans
  • Team Management and Progress Monitoring
  • Quality Control and Assurance
  • Developing Schedules and Timescales
  • Build the brand awareness.
  • Bring quality traffic to both stores and websites
  • Manage the yearly budgets.
  • Key Results Areas:

  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive potential traffic to our stores and website.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns for both online and stores and ensure their implementation from idea to execution
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, and pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
  • Support the Retail Head in developing and implementing the marketing plans and strategies, displays and merchandising in all stores.
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
  • Support sales team with up-to-date and aligned marketing materials
  • Plan, create and oversee the design, content, and production of all marketing materials
  • Manage all online and offline print materials and campaigns
  • Manage all online avenues of production, including website, social media pages, email campaigns, store collaterals, banners, POPs material, etc.
  • Modify the company website time to time and retain the essence of our company brand image.
  • Create our presence in more media platforms both print& social media as and when required.
  • Create company online website and other social media platforms as per the guidelines given by the company.

  • Traffic in stores
  • Traffic in websites
  • New initiatives
  • Meet deadlines
  • Maintain the agreed margins.
  • Qualifications, Competencies & Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business management with specialization in Marketing E-commerce.
  • MBA degree is highly Preferred.
  • Minimum seven years working experience in similar line in a reputed company.
