We are currently seeking a reliable Dispatcher who will serve as the first point of contact and communication for all incoming calls
*6 days/week Mon-Sat
We need dispatchers for both B & C shifts.
*B shift- 2:00pm – 10:00pm
*C shift- 7:00pm – 3:00am
*Pay rate starts $450JD/month
Dispatcher Duties and Responsibilities:
– Greet all incoming calls in a professional & courteous manner and process all requests.

– Input all work related information into our dispatching system.
– Follow up with all messages and requests both to and from technicians.
-Relay all information requested to management to maintain smooth flow of work.
Dispatcher Requirements and Qualifications:
– Customer service skills.
– Fluent in English (oral and written), Spanish is a plus.
– Active listener with good communication skills/Follow instructions.
– Successful work experience as dispatcher or other relevant position preferred.
