- Punctual
- Look professional & abide grooming standards.
- Ensure side stations are fully stored.
- Welcome and greet guests as per required standards.
- Follow service sequence.
- Show concern in guest’s wants and needs
- Check regularly side station and if anything is missing, replenish
- Offer outstanding service.
- Suggestive selling techniques.
- Supervise waiter’s performance working on same section.
- Take care of cleanliness of tables.
- Support team members when needed.
- Calling to clean-up as workflow permits.
- Assign closing tasks to waiters.
- Help waiters with closing tasks.
- Attend briefings & general meetings with full attention & consider comments for better future performance.
- Meticulous in count, documentation.
