Senior UX Researcher

Your Responsibilities
- Conduct primary and secondary user research.
- Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research to drive data driven design.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and designers
- Perform market and ethnographic research.
- Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics.
- Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through team presentations.
- Perform usability sessions with customers.
- Ask questions, gather and analyse data.
Your Qualifications
- Five or more years of UX research experience
- Bachelor's or equivalent in human behavioural studies (or equivalent and demonstrable work experience)
- Ability to conduct effective research and share results
- Ability to perform all research-related tasks including planning, evaluating, and iteration
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in product decisions
- Experience with in person and remote testing tools
