Onsite Recruiter – 6 months contract

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• High-energy and passion

Experience:

• Agency or In-house Recruitment experience is essential
• Technical IT/Finance Recruitment Background- you will need 15-20 roles filled in the next 6 months
• Experience will creating dashboards and analytics would be desirable, so they can provide factual updates to internal senior stakeholders
• Experience or ability to develop JDs based on discussions with Line Managers
• Will liaise with Internal Line Managers, therefore excellent stakeholder management experience is essential
• Must have good communication skills
• Flexibility, as will also be required to support TA and HR activities in addition to sourcing and recruitment
• Start Date ASAP- 6 month minimum period of commitment required
• Arabic speaking is desirable, not essential
