  • Speak and qualify homeowners about selling their home, acquiring information, building rapport, live transferring to acquisitions, and taking good notes into a CRM.
  • Call 50+ leads per day both new leads, and “mining” older leads that have not sold their home yet to see if they are now ready to sell and qualify.
  • Take ownership of our CRM, setting seller statuses, adding notes and tasks, and setting automated follow-up campaigns.
  • Report daily and weekly KPIs to management
  • Participate in daily high-level sales training with the sales team

Requirements:

  • Speak English Fluently – with a confident, trustworthy, and likable personality – little to no accent – NOT meek and timid
  • Telemarketing or call center experience is preferred. Must be comfortable on the phone
  • Headset with good audio and quiet area to work
  • 50mbps strong internet connection without interruptions (Wired preferred)
  • Must attend Daily Huddle and weekly training with the sales team
  • Must be open to receiving feedback on ways to improve your calls – not too sensitive
  • Must be disciplined, reliable and honest
  • Extremely motivated to hunt & nurture CRM leads and generate appointments
  • Prior CRM experience is preferred but not required
  • Work references
