- Speak and qualify homeowners about selling their home, acquiring information, building rapport, live transferring to acquisitions, and taking good notes into a CRM.
- Call 50+ leads per day both new leads, and “mining” older leads that have not sold their home yet to see if they are now ready to sell and qualify.
- Take ownership of our CRM, setting seller statuses, adding notes and tasks, and setting automated follow-up campaigns.
- Report daily and weekly KPIs to management
- Participate in daily high-level sales training with the sales team

Requirements:
- Speak English Fluently – with a confident, trustworthy, and likable personality – little to no accent – NOT meek and timid
- Telemarketing or call center experience is preferred. Must be comfortable on the phone
- Headset with good audio and quiet area to work
- 50mbps strong internet connection without interruptions (Wired preferred)
- Must attend Daily Huddle and weekly training with the sales team
- Must be open to receiving feedback on ways to improve your calls – not too sensitive
- Must be disciplined, reliable and honest
- Extremely motivated to hunt & nurture CRM leads and generate appointments
- Prior CRM experience is preferred but not required
