الوصف الوظيفي
- Establish and implement the HR Plan and practices that effectively communicate and support the company’s vision and strategy.
- Act as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each division regarding key organizational and management issues.
- Develop and maintain effective policies and procedures on a range of HR matters, including recruitment and selection, remuneration, health and well-being, working life balance.
- Oversee payroll and rewards.
- Develop the training and development program for the company.
- Represent the company at formal forums and meetings promoting the positive image and enhanced reputation of the company both internally and externally
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
- Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state and federal regulations
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
- Maintain HR systems and processes
- Conduct performance and salary reviews
- Provide support and guidance to HR staff
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
- Design and implement employee retention strategies
- Job Office-based, Flexibility to travel required

- 10-15 years minimum experience
- 5 years Minimum in an HR Managerial position
- HRCI Certification or SHRM Certification
