looking to hire an experienced Project Manager with the below requirements

 Perform a variety of professional engineering duties related to the Project manager role.

 Has full knowledge in Project Management, process and procedures with demonstrated experience in managing sites, site coordination and client presentation

 Assist in the inspection of contractor installations as necessary; provide technical support during project construction submittal review, request for information from sub-contractors, interpretation of contract documents and assistance with change orders; prepare and review construction contract documents as assigned.

 Check and/or conduct various engineering studies, investigations, and analyses.

 Ensure adherence to professional standards, codes, and specifications and ensure that the work flow of the site and engineers are being performed according to the standards.

 Review drawings, plans and other work submitted by external consultants, engineers, and sub-contractors for conformance with professional codes, standards, and specifications;

 Conduct field, and office engineering studies related to the construction works.

 Knowledgeable in documentations, reports, and methodologies.

 Lead the team throughout the project

 Oversee the execution of the project including pre- construction, construction and post construction phases and act decisively should the project run into delay, or any activity is being carried out in an unsafe manner.

Qualifications:

 B.Sc in Engineering (preferred Electrical Engineering )

 Minimum 15 years’ experience of which at least 5 years in water networks monitoring and SCADA System

 Manage relations with client, consultant, subcontractors and supplies

 Have good knowledge in FIDIC contracts.

 Ability to read, speaks, and writes fluently in English.

 Ability to work under pressure.

 Ability to fulfill his / her site duties without any hesitation.
