We are an established group of companies excelling in the business of Real Estate, Construction and Transportation and we are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Description:
1. Must have transport and construction – working background with good client data base in UAE.
2. Experience in Renting out heavy machinery vehicles like Cranes, JCB, Boom loaders, Excavators, Dozers.
3. Strong knowledge on the Transport and Construction fields working with heavy equipment.
4. Going to insurance and warehouse.
5. Know how to do the estimation, calculation
6. Must know how to make Quotations and well aware with current market price and rate
7. Know how to get sub contract for grading and labeling, compacting, excavation for heavy machinery vehicles.
8. Must have strong knowledge of Market research in similar Industry and operations management.
