Job Description :
- Consolidate collected technical requirements from relevant stakeholders and conduct commercial procurement activities.
- Coordinate with Materials Management directorate to understand demand forecasts from an inventory management point of view.
- Support company's business units in technical procurement activities ensuring alignment with policies and needs.
- Participate in technical negotiations and assessments during bidding process, and provide guidance during the development of RFIs.
- Initiate purchase orders relevant to technical procurement ensuring abidance by set procedures.
- Contribute to the development of procurement synergies from a holistic view of company's supply chain operations in coordination with General Planning department.
- Ensure periodical documentation of technical planning activities and raise reports to higher management for visibility.
