- The candidate must come from a Business Analysis, Application Development or Business application support background and be comfortable with dealing with senior business users
- Ability to work under pressure so as to delivery to tight business deadlines
- Highly flexible, triple-hatted approach to deal with the wide and varied business scope
- Good business acumen and focus on the end result
- Fluent in English
- 3 years experience within a PB, AM or IB environment, within a mature application support, development or business analysis group
- Should have a pleasing personality, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to convince and strong analytical skills
- Temenos T24 and Wealth Manager Exposure
- Knowledge and exposure of front office OMS, PMS and Exchange link systems
- Exposure to Core Banking Platforms and knowledge of the extended architectural landscape used to provide the core banking ecosystem
- Interacting with Business stakeholders across PB, AM or IB and collating requirements
- Ability to draft functional specifications and provide assistance with BRD's
- Forge System Requirement Specifications and Change requests
- Support of RM's and the tools and systems which they use
- Ability to adhere to all PTG processes in regards to Incident and Change Management
- Produce reports and metrics or other ad-hoc reporting as and when required
- Assistance with software testing and FIX certification
- Assistance in oversight feed systems and third party problem resolution
- Understanding of Market Risk, Credit Risk, Trade Surveillance and AML systems

- GOMAN, TradeNet, T24, Paladyne OMS/Core Banking systems
