الوصف الوظيفي
Overview of the role:
- Collection of data and information the existing system.
- Work very closely with Transport Management system implementation team and Stakeholder for the implementation of the Transport Management within Al Futtaim Logistics.
- Responsible for the efficient planning and performance of all transport movements.
- Super-user able to understand and train the trainer program. Train the key trainer within AFL. First point of contact for any system issue / planning
- Supervision of daily movements recording for tracking and billing purpose. Maintain all required information in new system (correctly and on time) inc. timing, driver and vehicle allocation, rates.
- Analysis of trip information, fleet efficiency and vehicle running costs and the optimisation thereof.
- Enable management to reduce drivers and vehicles idling time and drivers over time up to necessary minimum.

What equips you for the role:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Valid UAE driver’s license
• Proficient in English
• 3 years’ experience in transport and logistics management systems
• Good communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
