ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 1.Dispensing the medical commodities on IMC health facilities on regular bases following FIFO and FEFO policies.
- Make sure all dispensed medical commodities are through the proper good issue orders.
- Reporting any shortage or quality issues to the line manager.
- Receiving shipments from the warehouse.
- Apply good practices of shortage, and ensure the storing situation meets the recommended guidelines.
- Apply a Bin card system with the proper information for each item in the warehouse.
- Conduct a physical inventory exercise on the regular manager.
- Monitor the temperature and recorded it on daily basis.
- Prepare waybills for the dispatched medical commodities as per the destination/ location.
- Manage service and arrange the repair of broken medical equipment and devices.
- Assist the Line Manager in general administrative and secretarial support required and prepare any given administrative tasks.
- Any other task required by the direct manager.
Minimum Requirements
1. High School Degree
2. Two years in medical commodities storage
3. NGO experience is a must
