Your Responsibilities
- As the Senior Product Designer you will oversee projects from research, prototyping through to delivery for markets across UAE & KSA
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary squads made up of engineers, product, growth, and marketing, among others
- You'll take into account existing insights, technical constraints, business needs, and specific market demands to produce data-informed solutions
- You bring attention to detail to everything that you do – all the way from whiteboard sketching to high-fidelity treatments, to keeping abreast with global trends in the ever evolving transformation space
Your Qualifications
- You have at least 5 years of experience designing at consumer-focused product companies and experience designing for multiple platforms
- You have worked in early stage start-ups and launched MVP products and scaled them
- You're user-focused, empathetic and constantly seeking to understand problems, but also consider business goals and technical constraints
- You're excited by the idea of working in a young start-up, the autonomy that brings and the impact you can have but, are looking forward to helping us scale globally
- You're happy wearing many hats and take a lean, scrappy approach but also implement a process where it can help us effectively scale
