Our client is a leading sustainable energy business partner. They are now looking for an Operations & Maintenance Specialist to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate/execute the maintenance operations to guarantee the performance KPIs of the PV Plants – Plans and execute the maintenance operations for the different PV plants under his/her responsibility and in compliance with the company O&M requirements and guidelines Manages the service contractors, making sure all O&M obligations are fulfilled Supervises/ execute all subcontractors and suppliers operating in the facilities and Make sure repairments to be in complete alignment with the equipment provider.
• Execute the O&M Services – Ensures that all works are compliant with the local legal regulations, international standards, and best practices, as well as HSE requirements of company in collaboration with the HSE Team Ensures the maximum performance of the PV Plants under his/her responsibility Ensure the performance are met, check the KPIs and flag any issue to plan the rectifications Makes sure the meteorological stations on site are always providing accurate and reliable data, to be taken as a reference for the performance measurements of the PV Plants Is responsible for the internal reporting of the performance for all the PV plants and any events impacting the same (weekly, monthly, milestone) and Reports both preventive and corrective actions taken on site
• Evaluate and improve processes and support other tasks assigned by management – Supports on the improve the day-to-day operations and procedures to ensure customers see value Perform the root cause analysis for problems in the PV Plants, directly with the Equipment Manufacturers, company Technical Design Team and external Technical Advisors, to find solutions in the minimum time possible to reduce the PV Plant downtime and Works proactively with the Operations Team to provide revamping solutions for the PV Plants.

• Arabic-speaking

Qualifications:

• 2- 3 years of experience in Solar PV in the O&M Field (preferred).
• Proven Experience and work certification in LV and MV Electrical Systems.
• Electrical Schematics reading and troubleshooting.
