You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your guests.
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible to conduct cleaning duties in the assigned place of work, and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service to our in-house guests.
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
Greeting hotel guests.
providing customer service and answering questions from guests.
using cleaning equipment to tidy and sanitise rooms.
replacing bed linens and towels.
restocking hotel food and beverages.
keeping hallways clean and unobstructed.
reporting room vacancy status.
