Our Client
Is one of KSA's most exciting and rapidly expanding Fintech start ups.
Your Responsibilities

As Head of Engineering, you'll be in charge of our backend, frontend, and mobile development teams.
You'll be responsible for coordinating efforts to guarantee that all development is finished on schedule, on budget, and within scope.
Create a clear plan to track and evaluate progress in order to assess if short- and long-term objectives were met.
Provide training, mentorship, and assistance to team members on the technology side.

Your Qualifications
.10+ years of experience in a Software Development role focused on software applications
.4+ years of experience managing software development teams of more than 4 employees
.Experience working with application development frameworks: Java / C# / Grails/ Python / Scala
.Proven experience in developing solutions on AWS or Microsoft Azure cloud
.Previous experience in database applications i.e. Oracle / PLSQL, Postgres, MongoDB
.Previous experience in web service design and integration patterns using REST or SOAP, Message queues, Request/Reply and Pub/Sub models.
.Hands-on experience in Agile Methodology
.Excellent self-management, organizational skills, communication skills and time management skills
