UAE National/ Emirati – Customer Support Executive| Electronics
Overview of the role:
- Attend the customers at the reception and receive the units with no error/mistakes on the notification.
- Manage customer incoming calls and update the repair status
- Follow up with customer for estimate approval
- Customer complaints very minimal – based on the target
- Customer incoming calls to be attended within min rings based on the target
- CSI based on the target
- Customer waiting time – minimal based on the target
- Customer orientation
- Speed of attending to customers
- Accuracy of data entry
- System process knowledge and communication
- Update repair status in SAP
- Co-ordinate with stores for parts / units
- Responsible for SAP Billing / invoicing
- Filing of relevant documents.
- Co-ordinate with Drivers for the committed deliveries
- MIS reports
What you will do:-

What equips you for the role:
- High School or Bachelor Degree
- 5-6 years’ experience working as customer support
- Retail background preferred
- Excel and computer literate
- Thinking and Analytical Skills.
