Job Description
Understand business requirements and analyze system landscape to come up with best possible solution to deliver them. The role will be Solution Analyst role which requires both business acumen and technical knowledge skills in equal measure.

Provide technical/functional knowledge toidentify, evaluating systems and highlight changes to any procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
Participate in solution discussion.Evaluate and propose solution approaches keeping in mind the Solution architectural design that is to meet the business need, ensuring that the Enterprise Architectural framework is aligned
Support the developers to develop, configure and implement the solution as per the Technical design to meet the business requirements
Design new solution extensions based on business requirements
Work closely with solution architects to ensure decisions align with the overall enterprise architecture
Ensure that the end to end mapping of data flow is capture as part of the design . e.g. Data exchange between middleware components and target systems.
Keep abreast of latest trends in technology, industry and corresponding business domain
Demonstrate capability in technical design translationof the defined solution
Provide architecture and design guidance to the squad
Change accordingly with Agile methodology

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or related Information Technology field
5+ years previous experience across the full System Development Lifecycle
Experience in Agile Project Methodology and framework
Experience developing cloud native solutions
Experience and expertise in delivering solutions that involves Camunda Workflow, Azure Cloud, and Mobile App.
Strong foundation knowledge of solution concepts, patterns, principles, and quality attributes. Ability to consistently apply them in real-world scenarios with a pragmatic, system thinking, and problem-solving mindset by analyzing architecture trade-offs for delivering high-quality, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions.
Experience in software engineering and design architecture
Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures
Positive outlook in meeting challenges and working to a high level
Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
Professional experience working with and analyzing computer hardware and software
Extensive knowledge and experience working with operating systems

Preferred Skills (Good to have)

Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or related Information Technology field
Advanced expertise in SDLC Agile and DevOps is beneficial
Project management and leadership skills
Financial industry knowledge (Highly desirable)
