Product Manager – Digital Assets

Our Client
Our client is a leading bank in the UAE, undergoing a massive digital transformation.
Your Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop Digital Assets products (e.g., custody, spot trading, crypto cards etc.), their implementation, the pricing and rollout
- Integrate user research, market analysis, and customer feedback into product requirements to ensure the Digital Assets products satisfy customer needs
- Lead and supervise the product life cycle by collaborating with engineering, quality assurance, marketing, customer support and other stakeholders
- Tailor and prioritize product features and coordinate implementation schedules
- Develop product programs to launch the developed Digital Assets products
- Identify, understand, articulate and mitigate risks associated with Digital Assets products
- Define methods and metrics for identifying and reaching product success
- Actively monitor product backlogs, perform pre-planning and user story mapping sessions, if applicable
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance or related field
- Additional certification in product management and/or digital assets is a plus
- 5+ years experience in product management in financial services/banking or ideally FinTech and Digital Assets companies
