Creating floral displays, wreaths, and bouquets using flowers, plants, dried flowers, and foam — based on customer requirements and occasions.

Manage with the supplier for the number of flowers needed by week

Ensure shipments received are as per the order details and in excellent condition

Manage customer inquiries via call, WhatsApp, social media platforms and accordingly create a floral design for customers

Good understanding of seasonal flowers

Study the products well to be able to explain them to customers

Ability to guide customers on website usage

Oversee and manage inventory

Record daily sales and manage day-to-day expenses on a spreadsheet (Excel)

Able to follow instructions and be a cooperative team player

Familiar with event designs and trends

Multi-task and be able to function in a fast paste work environment

Manage workspace and maintain cleanness at all times

Excellent communication skills (speaking and writing)

English speaker is a must

Arabic speaker is a plus

Very good computer skills

Basic Strong customer handling skills (complaints and inquiries)

Some background in creative arts and floral designs

UAE Driving license
