We are looking for experienced Fashion Advisors who are passionate about Social Media, Fashion, Styling and are customer oriented. Your strong interpersonal, communication and styling skills will be a real asset to succeed in this position.
This role will be to welcome and delight customers with an exceptional customer shopping experience through anticipating their desire for the perfect look, offering advice, and building long-lasting relationships achieved through your passion and knowledge.
About the Role:
- Provide customers with exceptional service by meeting their individual requests and expectations to ensure an excellent shopping experience that consistently attracts both present and future shoppers.
- Follow trends and maintain timeless knowledge of fashion principles to create, share, and develop the team's fashion expertise.
- Drive sales by consistently demonstrating remarkable clientele selling skills, focusing on the individual customer and their fashion, as well as their wardrobe needs.
- Determine customer needs based on personal features, preferences, and wardrobe selections Provide advice and expertise on different s, colors, and styles.
- Use product knowledge tools and available in-store technology to share features, benefits, and trends with customers.
