الوصف الوظيفي
- Analyse business processes and help clients transform their business with Oracle.
- Design, prototype and iterate solutions through hands-on configurations in Oracle.
- Understand and apply implementation methodologies to build, document, and test the Oracle system.
- Coordinate with Product Manager and business partner to model, design, and build business solutions.
- Collaborate with human resources teams to define requirements and lead projects from inception through delivery, including status updates, scope changes.
- Respond to issues and incidents and provide day-to-day administration and support of Oracle Cloud ERP HCM.
- Expert in Oracle Workforce management, payroll, absence management, performance management, time and labour and recruiting cloud.
- Experience with IT analysis, design and development of complex ERP solutions.
- Experience conducting a project management in cloud-based (SaaS) technology.
المهارات
- Should have minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementation.
- Should have done minimum 3 End-to-End Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.
- Master’s in computer science, Computer Applications or relevant degree, MBA in Human Resources are preferrable.
- Oracle Fusion Certified Consultant (preferrable)
