Position Title: Reception & Social Media Coordinator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Client:
A multinational company that manufactures specialty raw chemicals and food products
Job Description:
- Manage and transfer incoming calls
- Track all incoming and outgoing documents
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
- Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content
- Attend events and produce live social media content

Qualifications:
- Open to Emirati
- Female, 28 years old and below
- Must have high school diploma, or its equivalent
- Can speak and write English
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications is highly preferred
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
