Our Client
Our client in a Multinational IT Consulting Firm
Your Responsibilities

Leads large scale transformation program for BT Department.
Drives realization of defined program objectives through co-ordination of capabilities from bank and vendor partners.
Helps define / shape program mandates
Responsible for providing the portfolio management across all transformation change projects
Help translate digital roadmaps across bank Deputyships into actionable programs.
o Ensure scalable governance structures are institutionalized to meet scale objectives.
Ensure reporting to right stakeholders on a need-to-know basis.
Manage all strategically identified transformation projects from inception, delivery to closure, supporting across the lifecycle of project delivery and benefits realisation
Re-uses bank capabilities such as COE for the benefit of programs
Ensure definition of best practice and procedures for strategic programs

Your Qualifications

15+ years of experience as program/ project manager OR director
Proven experince managing large scale digital transformation projects for banks
Professional experience in financial systems and technology solutions.
High level of organization, managing risk and decision-making skills working in a fast-paced work environment.
History of developing and mentoring teams and communicating vision to directors and executive leadership.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in information technology related disciplines, preferably in programming and systems development
ITIL certified / PMP certified
