- Carrying out Mystery Calling & Mystery Shopping exercises.
- Carrying Online & Phone Surveys with clients to assess satisfaction and receive feedback.
- Designing surveys through platforms like survey monkey, Google Forms, etc…
- Running an analysis of the results.
- Assisting Manager in preparing PowerPoint presentation showcasing results.
- Assisting Manager/Director in producing actionable recommendations.

المهارات
- 1-3 Years of experience in client relations, call centers, customer experience.
- Proficient in both Arabic & English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of any survey platforms (like survey monkey, Google Forms, etc) is a plus.
