YOUR TASKS:

  • Focus is on delivering Customer Satisfaction by leveraging the organization's network and ensuring all stakeholders are engaged.
  • To have a good command on HIC (DHL Application) in order to enter BAD addresses shipments accurately and timely in the system. Ensuring all shipments are scanned with appropriate checkpoint and comments on daily basis until it is hold in operation
  • Liaise with base operation to ensure all bad address shipments get sorted to Undeliverable department. Contact consignee and Shipper (in case of domestic shipments) to obtain detail addresses. Print and attach CAMS/ADVANCE labels with complete address to the shipments and forward to courier followed by the update in the system.
  • Escalate to international origins of unresolved international shipments through GEMA (DHL Application) and follow up on daily basis.
  • Ensure all the new addresses, which are obtained after consignee contact get update in the CAMS/ADVANCE for future reference.
  • Ensure all mails are actioned on time & Drive tool is updated regularly for shipment DS process. All CC shipments to be confirmed by cnee prior to agree CC.
  • Establishing a course of action for self and others to accomplish goals. Establishing priorities, keeping track of progress and ensuring follow-up.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and theoretically in most effective manner. Understand and convey message to others in clear and precisely.
  • Working effectively within a team or outside the formal line of authority to accomplish objectives. Demonstrating understanding of how own role fits within DHL as a whole.
  • Think systematically and logically to resolve problems by using different alternative with care keeping in mind previous experience or knowledge.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Higher Secondary Education.
  • At least 2 years experience working as courier or base operation.
  • Good English (written and spoken).
  • Good local geographical knowledge.
  • Computer literacy preferrable.
  • HIC & GEMA (Dhl Application) usage and its functions.
