Overview of the role
We are currently looking to recruit a Team Leader – Contract Logistics for Al Futtaim Logistics in Dubai. As a Team Leader in Contract Logistics, you will ensure on a day-to-day basis all customer requirements are managed and planned for warehouse operations and other internal departments within agreed service levels and adhering to all ex-Free zone rules and regulations.
What you will do
- Manage inbound and outbound system functionality
- Manage inbound and outbound documentation
- Manage reporting such as warehouse stats, last mile delivery reports, sales space capacity, inventory stats and data analysis
- Manage all the customer inquiries
- Manage Inventory control – PI counts & subsequent system transaction, Nil pick checks & quarantine products

Required skills to be successful
- 2-years’ experience in Customer Service preferably in a Logistics, supply chain or warehousing industry
- Strong communications skills
- Knowledge of warehouse management system
- Experience with Inbound and Outbound documentation
